Water Base Printing
Water-based printing is a kind of silk screen printing, it features inks that are soft, breathable and able to soak into the fabric of the garment, rather than sitting on top.
Tips: The color of water-base printing must be darker than fabric’s color
Plastisol Base Printing

Flock Printing
Flock printing is we adhesive many small fiber particles (called flock) onto the surface of clothing. It gives your designs a velour, fluffy-like texture.
DTG Printing
DTG printing uses a printer to spray the ink into a garment. It can print whatever graphic you want and carry any details. You can think of it like a giant inkjet printer, but for clothing.
Tips: DTG printing can only print on fabric without silicon oil or ink will fade very soon.
Discharge Printing
Discharge printing is method of applying your design to dyed fabric by printing a color-destroying agent to bleach out a white or light pattern on the darker colored fabric. In this way, water printing can apply on dark color fabric and make the graphic more breathable.
Sublimation Printing
Sublimation shirt printing is a printing process that first involves printing onto a special sheet of paper, then transferring the graphic onto the fabric by using pressure and heat. It is vivid and color can last forever no matter how you wash it.
Tip: Sublimation printing can only apply on polyester fabric or color will fade very soon. (The more polyester, the better printing effect.)
