Sample cost is around US$50-100 per piece and sample shipping cost is depending on sample quantity.

If you have tech pack, it will help us to understand your designs and requirements better.

However, tech pack is not necessary. We can produce as per your sketch or just some pictures.

Yes, sending us samples is the best way for us to understand your design.

For any quality problem, we will be responsible for that and refund money.

If it is simply because you are not satisfied with the sample and want to do some changes, then sample payment cannot refund.

Sample cost will refund when we do bulk order for the corresponding design and order quantity is more than 300pcs.

For example, if you place a sample order of 3 different t-shirt designs:

Sample cost: US$80*3=US$240

Sample shipping cost: US$40

Total for sample order: US$240+US$40=US$280

If we make bulk order for just 1 t-shirt design, and quantity is more than 300pcs. We will refund US$80

If we make bulk order for all 3 t-shirt designs, and quantity is more than 900pcs in total. We will refund US$240.

Normally we will make labels and tags when we do bulk order.

As we need to order it from label supplier. They don’t make samples.

We will pay them US$60-US$80 and they will do 1000pcs for us.

If you really want to see labels on the sample, just need to pay for labels when we do sample order.

We will use some labels for sample order and take care of the rest for bulk order.

For different fabric, we have different color swatch for you to choose colors. For most of the fabric, we have more than 60 different color options.

We have all kinds of regular (common) fabric as we are located in Dongguan China which is very close to the biggest fabric market in the world. (one hour by car)

  We can also produce fabric with your own printing pattern.

As for bulk order, normally we do bank transfer (T/T). PayPal also works for us.

Sample order: 100% payment before sample production

Bulk order: 70% deposit before mass production and 30% balance before shipping out.
