We are NANCHANG RICKY IMP&EXP Co., Ltd. Founded in 2004 by the husband and wife team, Mr.Wu & Mrs.Lu. Now run by Mr. Wu’s son, Ricky Wu. RICKY Trading company was formed in 2018 by Ricky. Passion and love for knitwear is their main driving force, and the working group combines professionalism, technical competence, and artisan creativity, which makes our knitwear products highly regarded by our customers. That is why we can offer a comprehensive service of research and prototype development to knitwear designers.
NANCHANG RICKY IMP&EXP Co., Ltd is a professional in the field of fully fashioned knitwear products, with 20 years in knitwear production. We employ 100 people who, between them, have an in-depth understanding of knitwear manufacture. Our Plant location is in the city of Nanchang which has been the largest center of knitwear products in China. The special skills workers, all kinds of fancy yarn, and accessories trim, which are required on our knitwear, were easily available here.

The sample time will be 7 – 14 days, and bulk delivery will take 35 – 40 days.

Sewing Knitting Machine
There are 50 sewing machines in our factory, which can produce 140G, 160G, 180G, 200G, and 220G clothes. To meet customers’ various needs for clothes in different seasons.
Our sample room is separate from the bulk production line, ensuring that our mass production delivery time is not influenced when we develop new styles for our clients. Three days fast sample making is our competition in the current fashion market.

Our Knitwear Qc Inspect Process
All knitwear customers would care about the looping and sewing seam being broken. Each of our knitwear products will be under strict light inspection, to ensure every clothes is of good quality before packing.
Our Garment Equipment
Our factory is equipped with garment hangers, which effectively improve production efficiency and improve the working environment in the workshop. Garment hangers allow us to take on large orders and make orders to be fulfilled within the delivery time.

Customers visit the website first, and then send us an inquiry on the website by filling in the form. our salesman will quote the price to the purchaser after getting the purchase information. after the two sides confirm all the transaction details, we will send samples to the users. after the user is satisfied with the sample, he will give us the final order.
After the factory has finished producing the goods, it will be sent to the customer’s country by sea.
